I am currently using my Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount, but its expiration date is August 31. If I want to continue using it, is it necessary to reapply?

No, it is not necessary to reapply.
If you want to continue using your Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount, keep it until the deadline. In late August, the Health Insurance Society will send a new Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount that is valid starting on September 1 to anyone who has not returned their current Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount.
When your new Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount arrives, be sure to return the expired one to us.

When you incur high medical care costs
