I injured myself while playing a sport and used my health insurance card to have an examination at a medical care institution, but what do I need to do?

If you were playing a sport and the other party (the perpetrator) was following the rules, this does not count as an illegal act, so this does not correspond to a third party act. However, if the other party intentionally injured you or was not following the rules, it might be possible for you to submit a claim due to this illegal act. Please confirm the details under "If you become sick or are injured due to the actions of another party," and then submit the required documents.
