I am a Pfizer employee, so where should I submit the documents necessary to have an insurance card reissued? Also, please tell me how long it will take for my new insurance card to arrive.

All Pfizer employees must submit the documents necessary for reissuance to HR Ops.
The Health Insurance Society sends reissued insurance cards via simple registered mail. For details on the amount of time required, see the figure below.

If you lose your health insurance card

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
