I was vaccinated for cervical cancer after I passed the qualifying age for a local government cost subsidy. Am I still eligible for a subsidy?

Yes, you are still eligible for the subsidy.
Please apply through KENPOS after being vaccinated.

For vaccinations in three doses that go over fiscal years, please apply for each within the fiscal year of vaccination.
For example, if you have the first dose in March 2022, and the second and third doses in April and May,
please apply through KENPOS by April 30, 2022, for the portion for the first dose, and
please apply through KENPOS by April 30, 2023, for the portions for the second and third doses.

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
