My child has been born. A "copy of my spouse's certificate of income and withholding tax" is apparently necessary for the dependency application, but please tell me why.

To apply to add a child as a dependent, it is necessary to compare the incomes of the enrollee and their spouse. The child will be added as a dependent of whichever person has more income, so please submit your spouse's certificate of income and withholding tax from the previous year.

Adding a family member

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
