I was injured in a bicycle accident involving another party's bicycle and had an examination at a medical care institution. Are any procedures necessary?

Like car accidents, in the case of bicycle accidents, the Health Insurance Society will bill the perpetrator of the accident for damages equal to the medical care costs paid by the victim (you) and the Pfizer Health Insurance Society on your behalf.
The Health Insurance Society will perform the required procedure, so please confirm the details under "If you become sick or are injured due to the actions of another party," and then promptly submit the required documents.

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
