I can't log in to the health examination website.

Insured persons: Employee health examinations are organized by the employees' companies, so please confirm the instructions from your company.
Dependents and voluntarily and continuously insured persons: Health examination instructions will be mailed to your home around the end of April, so please confirm those or the information under "Health Examinations" on the Health Insurance Society website.

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
