I remotely work at home, but I was injured while on the way to the post office in connection with my work. Is it okay for me to use my insurance card?

Injuries suffered while working are covered by Worker's Accident Compensation Insurance. Therefore, you cannot use your insurance card. Before you have an examination at a medical care institution, please tell them that you suffered a "worker's accident."
For details on worker's accidents, please inquire with your establishment's human resources department.

If you paid the entire medical care cost up front

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
