This year, I had glasses created to treat my child's lazy eye and then received benefits from the Health Insurance Society. The other day, based on the checkup results of an examination by an eye doctor, the decision was made to change the lens power. Can I submit another Application Form for Medical Care Expenses?

There are criteria for paying for updates to glasses, etc. used to treat children.
The period of use before updating the glasses differs depending on the child's age, so please confirm the following before applying:
・Less than five years old: use for at least one year before updating
・Five to less than nine years old: use for at least two years before updating

If you paid the entire medical care cost up front

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
