Three months ago, I submitted an Application Form for Medical Care Expenses to cover prosthetic equipment. There was a deposit, but no notice of payment decision has arrived.

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
