I received a Confirmation Letter from Gulliver International Insurance Management Center regarding an examination at a chiropractic clinic. Is it necessary to submit this?

Gulliver International Insurance Management Center is a subcontractor of our Health Insurance Society. We confirm details regarding any Application Form for Medical Care Expenses that arrives from a judo therapist, chiropractic clinic, etc. If you receive a Confirmation Letter, please respond to help us optimize medical care expenses.

If you paid the entire medical care cost up front

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
