I am voluntarily and continuously insured. I had a "Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount for Health Insurance" issued, but it indicates that my coverage category is "B." I currently have no income, so shouldn't my coverage category be "E"?

Even if you currently have no income, the coverage category on your Certificate of Application of Maximum Copayment Amount will be "B." The standard monthly remuneration used as the criteria for determining the coverage category of a voluntarily and continuously insured person is the lower of the following: "the person's standard monthly remuneration upon leaving their job" and "the average standard monthly remuneration of all insured persons as of the end of September of the previous year."
