I obtained the details of my "medical care cost information" and "notice of payment decision" from "Kenkou My Portal" for the purpose of my final tax return (medical expenses deductions), but the details for November and December were not there. Why weren't they included?

Regarding the inclusion of medical care cost information, it takes a while for the rezepts (claims) from the medical care institution, prescription-filling drugstore, etc. to reach the Health Insurance Society. Therefore, such details are not indicated until at least three months after the medical treatment month. To handle details that are not in time for the final tax return, please use the receipts you have.
