Why does the ones digit of the "cost-sharing maximum amounts" differ from the value on the actual receipt?

This is because an amount equivalent to 30% of the total medical care costs for outpatient treatment or hospitalization (with any value less than 10 yen rounded down) is paid at the hospital reception desk.
