I am not 40 years old yet, but long-term care insurance premiums are being deducted from my salary. Why?

If you are a specified insured person who is less than 40 years old or 65 years old or older and you have a dependent who is a category 2 insured person (40 to 64 years old) with long-term care insurance, the amount corresponding to that dependent is paid to the Pfizer Health Insurance Society as part of your insurance premium.

The long-term care insurance program

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
