If I want to go to a medical care institution before my insurance card arrives, what should I do?

If you go to a medical care institution, first pay 100% of the medical care costs, and then submit an Application Form for Medical Care Expenses (to have the equivalent of 70% of the expenses returned) to the Health Insurance Society at a later date.
Alternatively, if you visit a family doctor, some medical care institutions will return 70% of the costs if you mention that you are in the middle of switching your insurance card and present your new insurance card before the end of the month. Please check with the reception desk for details.
