I am an employee. I made an appointment for a health examination, but what should I do with the appointment date report?

Employee health examinations are handled by the employer's human resources department instead of the Health Insurance Society, so please inquire with the relevant help desk. In addition, information will be provided by your employer. (In the case of Pfizer Japan Inc., see PIIC.)

Health Examinations

	I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.
	I will soon be hospitalized. Are any procedures necessary?
