I am currently a voluntarily and continuously insured person, but I forgot to make an appointment for a health examination, and the application deadline passed. Is it still possible for me to have an examination?

The health-examination application deadline for voluntarily and continuously insured persons as well as their family members is August 31, and the deadline for having the examination is October 31.
Unfortunately, you cannot have an examination this year.
Please have an examination next year.
