I am a Pfizer employee, and to have a family member removed as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application procedure flow. Also, what should I do with the dependent's insurance card?

When a Pfizer employee applies electronically, they will receive any documents necessary for the procedure from Pfizer's person in charge of human resources (the business subcontractor). Please enter the necessary items, enclose the documents as well as the insurance card of the person to be removed as a dependent in the reply envelope, and return them to us. If you wish, the Health Insurance Society can send you a "Health Insurance Disqualification Certificate" (around 10 to 14 days after you apply electronically).
