I am a Pfizer employee, and—to add a family member as a dependent—I used Workday to register the family member information and also applied electronically (Navit). Please tell me about the post-application flow as well as how long it will take for the insurance card to arrive.

After applying electronically, it will take around 10 to 14 days for the insurance card to arrive. When a Pfizer employee applies electronically, they will receive any documents necessary for the procedure from the business subcontractor. Details on the documents, etc. we would like you to submit will be provided, so please enclose them in the reply envelope and return them to us. Insurance cards will be sent from the Health Insurance Society via simple registered mail.
